Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before we start.

Pricing, process, websites, retainers and what happens when you are not completely sure which digital service you need.

Do I need to know exactly which service I need?

No. Tell us the business problem or goal. We can recommend the most practical discipline or bundle.

Are the rates fixed?

The published rates are starting points and package guides. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, platforms, volume and implementation effort.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes. Website projects can include landing pages, starter sites, business websites, redesigns and ongoing optimisation.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

Yes. You can begin with one discipline and move into a combined growth programme when it makes commercial sense.

What is the difference between an enquiry and project intake?

The enquiry form is for an initial conversation. The client intake form is for people who are ready to provide project details so we can begin scoping the work.

Working with us

Questions about scope, pricing and delivery.

Every service page contains discipline-specific FAQs. These general answers cover how engagements work across Lelo Klaas & Associates.

Do I need to know exactly which service I need?

No. Describe the problem and the outcome you want. We can help identify whether the issue sits in strategy, search, website experience, conversion, CRM, content, paid media, analytics or several areas.

Are your published prices final quotations?

They are starting points and package guides. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, volume, access, platforms, integrations and implementation requirements.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A focused audit, sprint or setup project is often the right way to begin before committing to a larger programme.

Do you work with internal teams and other agencies?

Yes, provided ownership and responsibilities are clear. We can provide a specialist discipline while your team or another partner owns other parts of delivery.

What is not normally included in your professional fee?

Unless explicitly stated, third-party advertising spend, software licences, premium plugins, hosting, stock assets and specialist external suppliers are separate.

How do we get started?

Use the enquiry form if you need help shaping the requirement, or the Client Project Intake form if you are ready to provide a fuller brief.
